    Domestic: Products are delivered by Correo Argentino, which provides insurance and a tracking method.
    International: Products are delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service). Customers can track the delivery online depending on the country. In the US, products can be tracked in the USPS official website. Since this kind of service requires the receiver’s signature upon delivery, products can only be sent to a mailing address and not to a PO Box.
    Tracking: Once the product has been shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with the corresponding tracking number. You can use this number to track your product online. On our website homepage, there is a link for this purpose.
    We'll ship the same day for all orders whose payments have been made before 12 am (GMT -03:00) on business days.  We will not be held responsible in the case of national holidays, strikes, unexpected closures of banks or post offices, or for any other reason beyond our control.  In such cases, products will be shipped the following business day.

    Bank transfer: only available for Argentina residents.
    Other payment methods: Western Union and Money Gram.


    We accept returns up to 7 (seven) days after delivery -- only if the product does not match the pictures or description on our website. All pictures have been taken by our specialized staff.  We use state-of-the-art equipment to provide detailed measurement and weight descriptions. Nevertheless, if there is any difference between the information on the website and the product delivered, we accept returns up to 7 (seven) days after delivery.
    Goods that have been modified (e.g. resized), damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Returns that are not in keeping with these requirements will not be accepted.
    The total amount paid by the buyer will be reimbursed, minus shipping costs.
    Return shipping and insurance must be paid by the buyer.
    If the buyer had ordered any change on the product (e.g. resizing of a ring), the cost of that service will not be reimbursed. 
    Domestic clients: returns should be sent by Correo Argentino (paying for the corresponding insurance) or hand-delivered to our store.
    International clients: returns should be sent by EMS of your country's postal service.
